  1. Design and develop complex RF and digital hardware subsystems for aerospace and defense products.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware subsystems.

  11. Work closely with supply chain management to select and procure necessary components and materials for hardware subsystems.
  12. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of hardware subsystem designs to ensure they meet quality standards and are cost-effective.
  13. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production and assembly of hardware subsystems.
  14. Participate in design reviews and make recommendations for improvements to hardware subsystems.
  15. Continuously improve processes and procedures for developing and testing hardware subsystems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Rf And Digital Hardware Design, Development, And Testing.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Rf And Digital Hardware Subsystems, Including Amplifiers, Filters, Mixers, Modulators, And Demodulators.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers To Develop And Deliver Complex Rf And Digital Hardware Systems.

  • Proficiency In Using Industry-Standard Design And Simulation Tools, Such As Matlab, Simulink, And Cadence.
