- Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of advanced aircraft, including managing project timelines and deliverables.

- Conduct research and analysis to optimize aerodynamic stability and control of aircraft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate aerodynamic solutions into overall aircraft design.
- Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure performance and safety of aerodynamic designs.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in aerodynamics, incorporating new technologies and techniques into design processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders and senior management about project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all aerodynamic design work.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or A Related Field.
At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Aerodynamic Stability And Control Design For Commercial Or Military Aircraft.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standard Software For Aerodynamic Analysis, Such As Matlab, Cfd, And Wind Tunnel Testing.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience In Managing A Team Of Engineers And Coordinating With Other Departments To Ensure Successful Integration Of Aerodynamic Design.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
