  1. Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding the KC-46 program at Pease ANGB in New Hampshire.
  2. Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in the maintenance and operation of the KC-46 aircraft.
  3. Act as a vital member of the team, collaborating with other team members to ensure the success of the program.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted point of contact for any technical questions or concerns.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the safety and functionality of the KC-46 aircraft.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  7. Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the KC-46 aircraft.
  8. Remain up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in aerospace technology.
  9. Represent Boeing with professionalism and integrity, upholding the company's reputation for excellence.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates and reports on the status of the KC-46 program.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Boeing, promoting the company's values and mission.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and technical activities.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Field Service: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Service, Preferably With A Focus On Kc-46 Aircraft. This Experience Should Include Troubleshooting, Maintenance, And Repair Of Complex Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Kc-46 Systems: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of All Systems And Components Of The Kc-46 Aircraft, Including But Not Limited To Avionics, Hydraulics, Fuel Systems, And Engines. They Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise During Field Service.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact With Customers, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Clearly And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Personnel.

  • Ability To Work In A Team: The Kc-46 Experienced Field Service Rep Will Work Closely With A Team Of Engineers, Technicians, And Other Support Personnel. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively And Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Field Service Can Be Unpredictable And Requires The Ability To Adapt To Changing Circumstances. The Candidate Should Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Come Up With Creative Solutions To Any Challenges That May Arise During Field Service Operations. They Should Also Be Comfortable With Frequent Travel And Working In Different Environments.
