  1. Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of advanced radar systems for the B-52 RMP Radar IPT.
  2. Create and maintain a collaborative and productive work environment within the team.
  3. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of all project milestones.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, proactively addressing them to keep the project on track.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of radar systems with other aircraft components.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and processes.
  8. Manage project budget and resources effectively.
  9. Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and apply new technologies and best practices to enhance the project's success.
  13. Represent the B-52 RMP Radar IPT at meetings, conferences, and other events.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Integrated Product Team Leader Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Engineers And Technicians. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of The B-52 Rmp Radar System. This Includes Knowledge Of Radar Principles, Antenna Design, Signal Processing, And Integration And Testing.

  • Project Management Experience: A Successful Ipt Leader Should Have Project Management Experience And Be Able To Effectively Plan, Schedule, And Execute Projects Within Budget And On Time. This Includes Experience With Project Management Tools And Methodologies.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Ipt Leader Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate And Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The B-52 Rmp Radar Ipt Lead Must Be Able To Think Critically And Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues And Challenges That May Arise During The Development And Testing Of The Radar System. This Includes The Ability To Make Quick And Effective Decisions Under Pressure.
