Strong Leadership Skills: The Integrated Product Team Leader Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Engineers And Technicians. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts.
Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of The B-52 Rmp Radar System. This Includes Knowledge Of Radar Principles, Antenna Design, Signal Processing, And Integration And Testing.
