This key role will be responsible for leading and executing integrated planning and scheduling processes to support the CTO organization. As a member of the CTO team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on cutting-edge technologies that are shaping the future of aviation.   1. Develop and implement integrated planning and scheduling processes to support the goals and objectives of the CTO organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify key milestones, and create detailed project plans.
  3. Lead and facilitate regular planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
  4. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates to project schedules.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  6. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
  7. Communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  8. Provide guidance and support to project team members on planning and scheduling best practices.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve planning and scheduling processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in planning and scheduling tools and techniques.
  11. Train and mentor junior planning and scheduling team members.
  12. Represent the CTO organization in cross-functional planning and scheduling initiatives.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the CTO team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Integrated Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Project Management Tools And Software, Such As Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Or Sap.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Execute Complex Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
