  1. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for various aerospace projects, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and timelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project dependencies and potential schedule conflicts, and proactively communicate and mitigate any risks.
  3. Conduct regular schedule reviews and provide analysis and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  4. Utilize project management tools and techniques to effectively manage and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for all project schedule-related inquiries and updates.
  6. Coordinate with project managers and team leads to track and report on project budget and resource allocation.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance against established baselines, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain project schedules in compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  9. Provide training and guidance to team members on project scheduling best practices and tools.
  10. Participate in project planning meetings and provide expert input on schedule feasibility and resource allocation.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project scheduling methods and tools.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide standardized project scheduling processes and procedures.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedule documentation for audit purposes.
  14. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and suppliers, to incorporate their schedules into the overall project plan.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on project scheduling, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Integrated Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software Such As Primavera Or Microsoft Project.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
