- Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure schedules are integrated and coordinated across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures for planning and scheduling, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to project team members on scheduling tools and techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in planning and scheduling, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and other departments within the company to facilitate effective communication and coordination of schedules.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Integrated Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Proficiency In Project Management Tools Such As Primavera P6 Or Microsoft Project.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Complex Schedules.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Schedule Changes And Updates To Stakeholders.
