  1. Develop and deliver technical training materials to new and current employees, ensuring that all content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
  2. Conduct training sessions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to the needs and learning styles of diverse audiences.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements to continuously improve training materials and methods.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  5. Provide hands-on demonstrations and exercises to reinforce learning and practical application of technical concepts.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Serve as a mentor and coach to new employees, helping to onboard and integrate them into the company culture.
  8. Act as a liaison between the company and external training organizations or institutions.
  9. Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  10. Continuously assess and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of a diverse and changing workforce.
  11. Collaborate with other instructors and team members to develop and maintain a comprehensive training program.
  12. Participate in company meetings and events to represent the technical training department and promote the importance of ongoing learning and development.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training materials and participant progress.
  14. Uphold the company's values and standards while promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  15. Continuously seek feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to enhance the overall effectiveness of the training program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Technical Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Aviation.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Aerospace Industry, Particularly With Boeing Products And Processes.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Prior Experience As A Technical Instructor Or Trainer, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Training Programs.

  • Familiarity With Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Techniques, As Well As Experience Developing Training Materials And Curriculum.
