- Develop and maintain security protocols to protect confidential information and systems.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks and threats.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and recommend appropriate solutions to address vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and analyze system logs and network traffic to identify and respond to potential security breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.
- Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Work with vendors and external partners to ensure the security of third-party systems and data.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into the design and implementation of new systems and applications.
- Communicate complex security concepts and information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of security processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Take ownership of security incidents and work towards timely resolution.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours security events.
- Conduct employee training and awareness programs to promote a security-conscious culture.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall security posture
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Continuously evaluate and update the organization's security policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Information Security And Vulnerability Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Frameworks Such As Nist, Iso, And Cis.
Familiarity With Vulnerability Scanning Tools And Techniques, Such As Nessus, Qualys, And Metasploit.
Strong Understanding Of Network And System Security Principles, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Encryption Methods.
