  1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard classified information and assets in compliance with government regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct security briefings and training for employees to ensure awareness and adherence to security protocols.
  3. Manage and maintain security clearances for employees and contractors, ensuring timely renewals and investigations.
  4. Conduct security audits and inspections to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate security risks in new projects and programs.
  6. Review and approve access requests for classified information and controlled areas.
  7. Investigate and report security incidents, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions are taken.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for government security agencies and manage all security-related inquiries and requests.
  9. Stay up-to-date on changes in security regulations and make necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
  10. Manage the budget and resources allocated for security operations.
  11. Provide guidance and support to employees on security clearance requirements and procedures.
  12. Conduct background checks and screenings for new hires and contractors.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners, such as law enforcement agencies and other companies in the industry.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on industrial security matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  15. Ensure all security practices and procedures are in compliance with company values and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or Business Administration.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Policies Related To Industrial Security, Including But Not Limited To The National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom), International Traffic In Arms Regulations (Itar), And Export Administration Regulations (Ear).

  • Proven Experience In Managing Security Programs And Implementing Strategies To Mitigate Risks And Ensure Compliance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization, As Well As Government Customers And Contractors.
