Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Operating Hydraulic And Mechanical Presses: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Operating Hydraulic And Mechanical Presses In A Manufacturing Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Presses, Their Functions, And The Ability To Troubleshoot Common Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: As A Press Operator, Safety Is A Top Priority. Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, Including Lockout/Tagout, Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe), And Emergency Procedures.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: The Role Of A Press Operator Requires A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Systems And The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Diagrams. Candidates Should Have A Demonstrated Aptitude For Mechanical Work And The Ability To Make Adjustments And Repairs As Needed.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Aerospace Industry Is Fast-Paced And Requires Employees To Work Efficiently And Effectively To Meet Production Demands. Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working In A Fast-Paced Environment And Meeting Production Targets.

  • Attention To Detail: Press Operators Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Parts Are Manufactured To The Exact Specifications And Meet Quality Standards. Candidates Should Have A High Level Of Attention To Detail And The Ability To Consistently Produce High-Quality Output.
