Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field
3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Large Organization
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience In Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Employees.
