  1. Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing support and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  2. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  4. Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with any related inquiries.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  6. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and materials.
  8. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers and employees.
  9. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  10. Participate in HR meetings and projects as needed.
  11. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  13. Support the HR team with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Large Organization

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
