  9. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in GNC technology and incorporate into Boeing's systems.
  10. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  11. Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
  13. Maintain a strong attention to detail and quality control in all aspects of GNC development.
  14. Continuously improve GNC processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Adhere to company safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Guidance, Navigation, And Control Systems Design And Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Control Theory And Experience With Simulation And Modeling Tools.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Matlab.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Guidance, Navigation, And Control Systems For Aircraft.
