We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our Military Aviation division at Boeing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the growth marketing strategy and initiatives for our military aviation products and services.   1. Develop and implement growth marketing strategies for the Military Aviation division, including identifying key target markets, creating marketing plans, and tracking performance metrics.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings and develop effective messaging and positioning for the military aviation market.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities for growth in the military aviation industry.
  4. Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and other tactics to drive awareness and generate leads.
  5. Manage the marketing budget for the Military Aviation division and ensure that all initiatives are executed within allocated resources.
  6. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including military clients, industry partners, and internal teams, to understand their needs and align marketing efforts accordingly.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in military aviation marketing to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
  10. Represent the Military Aviation division at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and services and build brand awareness.
  11. Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate our value proposition and drive business growth.
  12. Collaborate with the product development team to identify new opportunities for product enhancements and innovations based on market research and customer feedback.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key industry contacts to maximize exposure and visibility for the Military Aviation division.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
