- Oversee and manage all aspects of government and capital property for Boeing, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of government and capital property.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure proper documentation and tracking of all government and capital property.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper identification, classification, and valuation of government and capital property.
- Communicate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely submission of required reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of property.
- Train and educate employees on property management procedures to ensure understanding and adherence to company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of property management.
- Stay updated on changes in government regulations and guidelines related to property management and make necessary adjustments to company practices.
- Act as a point of contact for any property-related inquiries or issues from internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Government Or Capital Property Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Government And Capital Property Management, Such As Far And Dfars.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Government Officials, Contractors, And Other Stakeholders.
Experience With Property Management Software And Systems, Such As Maximo Or Assetworks, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
