  1. Lead and manage a team of production engineers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and drive implementation of solutions.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the production engineering team.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase efficiency.
  5. Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to ensure our production processes remain competitive and cutting-edge.
  7. Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  9. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to leverage their expertise and resources for process improvement.
  11. Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in production processes.
  13. Continuously assess and improve production engineering procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  14. Develop and manage production engineering budget to meet departmental goals and objectives.
  15. Stay current on industry trends and advancements to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into production processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Production Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficient In Project Management And Able To Effectively Prioritize And Delegate Tasks To Meet Production Deadlines.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Quality Control, And Safety Regulations.
