  1. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections on aircraft to ensure safety and performance standards are met.
  2. Collaborate with a team of engineers to develop and execute flight test plans and procedures.
  3. Analyze flight data and identify any anomalies or issues that may arise during testing.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems that may occur during testing.
  5. Communicate test results and observations to the engineering team and provide recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance during flight testing.
  7. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on aircraft design and functionality.
  8. Work closely with the flight crew to ensure proper communication and coordination during flight tests.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve flight test processes and procedures.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of new testing equipment and technology.
  11. Collaborate with other departments such as production and maintenance to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during flight testing.
  13. Train and mentor junior flight test engineers.
  14. Represent Boeing at industry conferences and events to showcase our cutting-edge technology and innovations.
  15. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all flight tests and results.
  16. Provide technical support and expertise to other departments and teams within Boeing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Flight Testing, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Flight Test Principles, Procedures, And Instrumentation.

  • Familiarity With Faa Regulations And Certification Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
