  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including aerospace engineers, pilots, and designers to develop and design flight deck systems that meet safety, efficiency, and comfort standards.
  2. Utilize your expertise in aerospace engineering to research, analyze, and test various flight deck designs and systems for optimal functionality.
  3. Ensure all flight deck designs comply with regulatory and industry standards, as well as Boeing's design and quality standards.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the design and development process.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve existing flight deck designs to enhance the overall flying experience for passengers.
  6. Work closely with suppliers to source and integrate the latest technology and materials into flight deck designs.
  7. Create detailed technical documentation and specifications for flight deck designs, including drawings and diagrams.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies for flight deck designs.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to flight deck design.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers to contribute to the development and design of flight deck systems.
  11. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of flight deck designs.
  12. Communicate and present flight deck designs to stakeholders, including management and clients, for feedback and approval.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Aircraft Design And Development, Preferably In The Area Of Flight Deck Design

  • Strong Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Certification Processes

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Catia Or Autocad

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively Within A Team Environment.
