  1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on aircraft fleet to ensure safety and efficiency.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to aircraft systems and components.
  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement improvements to existing aircraft systems.
  4. Create and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
  5. Monitor and analyze fleet performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for aircraft maintenance and repair procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  8. Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment for the fleet.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize fleet maintenance and operations.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance and repairs.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Boeing, promoting our commitment to innovation and excellence in the aerospace industry.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering: A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Is Necessary For A Fleet Support Engineering Technician At Boeing, As The Role Involves Working With Complex Aircraft Systems And Components.

  • Previous Experience In Maintenance Or Technical Support: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In Maintenance Or Technical Support Roles, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of Aircraft Systems And Troubleshooting Procedures.

  • Knowledge Of Aircraft Systems And Components: A Strong Understanding Of Aircraft Systems, Components, And Their Functions Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Avionics, Electrical Systems, Hydraulics, And Other Mechanical Systems.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software: Fleet Support Engineering Technicians At Boeing Are Required To Use Cad Software To Create And Modify Aircraft Designs. Proficiency In Software Such As Autocad Or Catia Is Highly Desirable For This Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Problems And Come Up With Effective Solutions Is Crucial For A Fleet Support Engineering Technician At Boeing. Candidates Should Have A Strong Aptitude For Troubleshooting And Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
