  1. Oversee and manage all first-line fabrication manufacturing processes and operations at Boeing.
  2. Ensure that all aircraft components are produced in accordance with industry standards and specifications.
  3. Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of fabrication manufacturing technicians and supervisors to ensure high quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines and production targets.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements for aerospace manufacturing.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for fabrication manufacturing operations.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for team members.
  11. Identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact production or quality.
  12. Stay current on industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  13. Represent Boeing and promote the company's values and culture to employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Management Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fabrication Processes, Materials, And Quality Control Procedures.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Technicians And Production Workers.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Constantly Evolving Production Environment.
