  1. Lead the design, development, and testing of radar systems for the F-15 aircraft.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of radar technology, including current trends and advancements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of radar systems into the F-15 aircraft.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality radar systems.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of radar systems to ensure compliance with performance requirements.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the design and development process.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective radar system development.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to radar systems and ensure compliance.
  9. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise in radar engineering.
  10. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  11. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in radar technology and drive implementation.
  12. Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of radar systems and components.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate any risks associated with radar system development.
  14. Support the testing and evaluation of radar systems in both lab and flight environments.
  15. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all radar system design and development activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Radar Design And Development.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of F-15 Radar Systems And Their Subsystems.

  • Proficiency In Using Radar Simulation And Analysis Tools.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills With Experience Leading A Team Of Engineers.
