  1. Conduct research and provide support to attorneys on a variety of legal matters related to the aerospace industry.
  2. Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
  4. Maintain and update legal files and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
  5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and exchange information related to legal matters.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documents for legal proceedings.
  7. Monitor and track legal deadlines and assist in managing case calendars.
  8. Participate in legal meetings and provide summaries and updates to the legal team.
  9. Conduct legal research and provide recommendations and solutions to legal issues.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  11. Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  13. Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, organizing calendars, and managing correspondence.
  14. Proactively identify potential legal risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.
  15. Assist in the management of outside counsel relationships.
  16. Work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Corporate Or Law Firm Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Legal Concepts, Terminology, And Procedures.

  • Proficiency In Legal Research And Writing, Including Drafting Legal Documents And Correspondence.

  • Experience In Supporting Attorneys In A Variety Of Legal Areas Such As Contracts, Intellectual Property, Litigation, And Regulatory Compliance.
