- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, organizing calendars, and managing correspondence.
- Proactively identify potential legal risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist in the management of outside counsel relationships.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Corporate Or Law Firm Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Legal Concepts, Terminology, And Procedures.
Proficiency In Legal Research And Writing, Including Drafting Legal Documents And Correspondence.
Experience In Supporting Attorneys In A Variety Of Legal Areas Such As Contracts, Intellectual Property, Litigation, And Regulatory Compliance.
