  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
  4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
  5. Train and educate employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  6. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products meet our quality standards and specifications.
  7. Monitor and track quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure our quality management systems are always in compliance.
  9. Lead and participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on quality systems during internal and external audits and inspections.
  11. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality is built into the design and manufacturing processes.
  12. Continuously review and improve quality procedures and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status and effectiveness of quality systems.
  14. Mentor and coach junior quality systems specialists to develop their skills and knowledge in quality management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Systems Management

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulatory Requirements (E.g. Iso 9001, As9100, Faa Regulations)

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Principles And Methodologies (E.g. Six Sigma, Lean)

  • Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment
