- Lead and oversee the production process for Boeing's aircrafts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement innovative manufacturing strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any production issues or challenges.
- Utilize your expertise in aerospace engineering to provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing standards and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in manufacturing processes.

- Ensure all production processes are documented and maintained for future reference.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Act as a liaison between the manufacturing team and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Techniques, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency With Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools.
