- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve ergonomics and safety in the workplace.

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ergonomic design and human factors.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ergonomic programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate and present ergonomic findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of ergonomic assessments and solutions.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to ergonomics and make recommendations for compliance.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Ergonomics, Human Factors Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ergonomics Or Human Factors Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Osha Regulations, Ergonomics Standards, And Industry Best Practices.
Proficiency In Conducting Ergonomic Assessments, Analyzing Data, And Developing Ergonomic Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
