  1. Conduct ergonomic assessments of work environments, processes, and products to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve ergonomics and safety in the workplace.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ergonomic principles into the design and development of new products and processes.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ergonomic design and human factors.
  5. Analyze data and provide recommendations for optimizing workplace ergonomics and preventing injuries.
  6. Conduct training and provide guidance to employees and management on ergonomic practices and principles.
  7. Review and evaluate ergonomic equipment and tools to ensure they meet safety and efficiency standards.
  8. Collaborate with Occupational Health and Safety teams to develop and implement ergonomic programs and policies.
  9. Conduct site visits and audits to monitor and ensure compliance with ergonomic standards.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ergonomic programs and make adjustments as needed.
  11. Communicate and present ergonomic findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of ergonomic assessments and solutions.
  13. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to ergonomics and make recommendations for compliance.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Ergonomics, Human Factors Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ergonomics Or Human Factors Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Osha Regulations, Ergonomics Standards, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proficiency In Conducting Ergonomic Assessments, Analyzing Data, And Developing Ergonomic Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
