  1. Develop and implement sustainable environmental strategies and initiatives for the aerospace industry in line with current regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough environmental impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into engineering projects and processes.
  4. Monitor and track environmental performance metrics to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in environmental engineering.
  6. Advise and educate internal stakeholders on environmental issues and best practices.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external environmental organizations and regulatory agencies.
  8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on environmental practices and policies.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact throughout the supply chain.
  11. Identify and implement cost-effective and innovative solutions to improve environmental performance.
  12. Communicate and report on environmental initiatives and progress to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  13. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in environmental performance.
  14. Monitor and manage environmental incidents and emergencies, providing timely response and resolution.
  15. Represent the company in environmental forums, conferences, and industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And How They Apply To Aerospace Manufacturing.

  • Experience With Environmental Impact Assessments, Air And Water Quality Monitoring, And Waste Management.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Environmental Solutions.
