  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of critical engine components.
  2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and terms for materials and services.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure their performance meets company standards.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  6. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
  7. Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to optimize cost and minimize risk.
  8. Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  9. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and supplier negotiations.
  11. Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to junior procurement agents.
  15. Report on procurement performance metrics to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Engine Management Operations, Including Knowledge Of Engine Components, Suppliers, And Supply Chain Logistics.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Complex Procurement Projects, Including Cost Analysis, Contract Negotiations, And Risk Management.
