  1. Provide confidential counseling and support to employees experiencing personal challenges or difficulties.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote mental health and well-being within the workplace.
  3. Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address potential workplace stressors and promote a positive work culture.
  4. Conduct needs assessments to determine the most effective resources and services for employees.
  5. Create and maintain an up-to-date database of external resources and support services available to employees.
  6. Facilitate and coordinate support groups and workshops on various topics related to mental health and well-being.
  7. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with employees.
  8. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in employee assistance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Provide crisis intervention and referrals for employees in urgent or high-risk situations.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and external organizations to promote and enhance the employee assistance program.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure timely and quality services are available to employees.
  12. Educate and train managers and supervisors on how to identify and support employees who may be struggling with mental health issues.
  13. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the employee assistance program and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions with employees.
  15. Participate in company-wide initiatives and events related to employee well-being.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Employee Assistance Programs, Counseling, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Regarding Confidentiality And Ethical Standards In Counseling.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Employees And Management.

  • Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information With Discretion.
