Job Description

This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The business further supports customer missions and payloads needs through proprietary programs and by providing acoustics systems, integrated shipboard systems, tactical communications systems and advanced mission solutions. Develop and maintain code, and integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Develop software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, execute test procedures and document test results to ensure software system requirements are met.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Software Development

  • 1+ years of knowledge and experience in developing custom device drivers and kernel modules for the Linux operating system

  • Experience in identifying and solving complex networking or hardware issues.

  • Experience with Linux configuration process, and how to tailor Linux for embedded hardware.
