- Conduct research and analysis in the field of electromagnetics to develop innovative solutions for aerospace technology.
- Lead and manage research projects, including designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.

Advanced Degree In Physics Or Electrical Engineering: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Physics Or Electrical Engineering Is Typically Required For A Lead Or Senior Electromagnetics Research Engineer/Physicist Position At Boeing. A Phd Is Preferred.
Extensive Experience In Electromagnetics: Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Electromagnetics, Including Experience With Electromagnetic Theory, Computational Electromagnetics, And Electromagnetic Modeling And Simulation.
Proficiency In Software Tools: Proficiency In Electromagnetic Simulation Software, Such As Ansys Hfss Or Cst Studio Suite, Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Also Have Experience With Other Software Tools Commonly Used In Electromagnetics Research, Such As Matlab And Python.
Research And Publication Record: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Conducting Original Research In The Field Of Electromagnetics, As Demonstrated By Publications In Peer-Reviewed Journals And Conference Proceedings.
