Editorial Services Lead

Partner with leadership on the evolution and execution of the Worklife content strategy. Manage the Worklife knowledge base lifecycle strategy and audit plan. Provide guidance and support to the content quality assurance and publishing process – review and edit content to ensure adherence to content standards, editing guidelines, system guidelines. Assist leadership in developing the scope for Worklife writing and editing services and execute the new service with HR teams and other organizations. Partner with Worklife team members and HR SMEs to write content for specific Worklife content types championing the employee experience. Manage Worklife standards and guidelines and aligns Worklife to enterprise HR content standards. Manage content and service delivery metrics. Lead continuous improvement activities and perform other duties, as needed.
