Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Defense Research And Technology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Defense Research And Development, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Defense Technologies And Systems, Including Knowledge Of Advanced Materials, Propulsion Systems, And Avionics.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead And Coordinate Teams Of Engineers And Scientists.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Creatively And Develop Innovative Solutions.
