Data Scientist

Assist in the development, implementation and sustainment of analytics and digital tools for the Engineering Data Repository System (EDARS) application. Modifies and analyzes complex data sets using analytics techniques such as machine learning, statistical analysis, mathematical optimization and simulation. Prepares data for analysis, e.g. cleansing, conditioning, transforming, handling missing fields, identifying new feature variables and handling multi-variate data. Identifies modeling attributes and parameters and uses them in algorithms to create descriptive, predictive and/or prescriptive models. Supports the SADE team with the preparation and execution of visualizations, reports, dashboards and models for customer contract report deliverables.
