  1. Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive information and critical systems.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity matters within the company.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cybersecurity measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  5. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Monitor and analyze system logs and network traffic to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
  7. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and conduct regular awareness campaigns to promote a culture of security within the company.
  9. Manage and maintain security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption systems.
  10. Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and third-party vendors, to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
  11. Conduct investigations and forensic analysis in the event of a security breach and recommend remediation actions.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the company's cybersecurity posture.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's cybersecurity program to adapt to changing threats and technologies.
  14. Mentor and train junior cybersecurity team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  15. Maintain all necessary certifications and stay current on industry trends and developments in the field of cybersecurity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Information Security Principles, Best Practices, And Regulations Such As Nist, Iso, And Gdpr.

  • Previous Experience In Developing And Implementing Information Security Policies, Procedures, And Controls.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
