  1. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company and customer data.
  2. Monitor and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate solutions.
  3. Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security requirements and implement security controls in new systems and applications.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and developments in cybersecurity, and make recommendations for enhancing the company's security posture.
  6. Investigate and respond to security incidents, and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and procedures.
  8. Manage security tools and technologies, and ensure they are configured and functioning effectively.
  9. Conduct regular security awareness campaigns to promote a culture of cybersecurity within the company.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams and departments on security-related matters.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential security risks in existing systems and networks.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of shared systems and data.
  13. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a cybersecurity incident.
  14. Participate in incident response and forensics activities as needed.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all security-related processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network And System Security Principles, Protocols, And Technologies.

  • Experience With Security Tools And Technologies Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Vulnerability Scanners.

  • Certification In Relevant Cybersecurity Fields Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Ceh.
