- Develop and implement strategies and processes for managing cyber risks within the company's supply chain.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and evaluations of potential suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain activities to identify any potential cyber threats or breaches.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to effectively communicate and address cyber risk concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain cybersecurity to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Communicate potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation to senior management.
- Participate in audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management strategies.
- Train and educate employees and suppliers on cybersecurity best practices and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation of supply chain cybersecurity processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of supply chain risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information related to supply chain cybersecurity.
- Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and responsibility within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Risk Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Frameworks Such As Nist, Iso, And Cmmc.
Strong Understanding Of Cyber Threats And Vulnerabilities In Supply Chain Processes And Systems.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
