- Develop and implement training programs for customers on how to effectively use Boeing's products and services.
- Conduct training sessions for customers, both on-site and virtually, to educate them on the features, benefits, and best practices of Boeing's products and services.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support the training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest product and service developments.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their training needs and provide customized solutions.
- Monitor and track customer training progress and provide timely feedback and support to ensure successful implementation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve and enhance the training programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to training.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and increase customer participation in training programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to customers during and after training sessions.
- Travel to customer locations, both domestic and international, to conduct on-site training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities and customer feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on customer feedback and industry best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, in all training activities.
- Represent Boeing in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Training And Development, Or Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Training, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs To Diverse Audiences.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Internal Teams.
Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.
