Contracts & Pricing Specialist

Interface with Leaders at all levels of the Enterprise and with external Customers on a regular basis providing contract interpretations/determinations Lead the development of contractual and pricing strategy, funding and expenditure profiles, provide proper disclosures within established company and customer policies, process, procedures and regulations. Make firm commitments on behalf of the Enterprise within established Delegation of Authority with Customers for various transactions. Primary interfaces will include working with Department of Defense (DoD) and industry prime customers in addition to the Defense Contract Management Agency and Defense Contract Audit Agency. Develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation. Develop solutions to unique challenges that may serve as precedent for future decisions.
