  1. Develop and maintain configuration management plans for all aerospace projects, ensuring all products and systems are integrated efficiently and effectively.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any integration issues or conflicts.
  3. Monitor and track changes to product designs and configurations, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
  4. Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of product designs and configurations to identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
  5. Utilize industry best practices and standards to ensure compliance and quality control in all integration processes.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate integration of their products.
  7. Develop and maintain product integration test plans and procedures, and oversee their execution.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to project teams regarding configuration management and product integration.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aerospace technology and incorporate them into integration processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers on configuration management and product integration best practices.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  13. Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets related to configuration management and product integration.
  14. Prepare and present reports and updates on product integration progress and issues to senior management.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all integration processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Configuration Management And Product Integration

  • Strong Understanding Of Aerospace Industry Standards And Regulations

  • Experience With Project Management And Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
