Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Composite Materials And Manufacturing Processes.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Composites Manufacturing, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Composite Materials And Their Properties, As Well As Experience With Various Manufacturing Techniques Such As Autoclave Curing, Hand Layup, And Resin Infusion.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Composites Manufacturing, Such As Faa Regulations And As9100 Certification.
Experience With Project Management, Including The Ability To Plan And Coordinate Complex Manufacturing Processes, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Quality Control Throughout The Production Process.
