  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for composite materials used in aircraft production.
  2. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing.
  3. Conduct research and experiments to improve the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and equipment necessary for production.
  5. Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of composite materials.
  6. Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  7. Implement quality control measures to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  8. Train and mentor production staff on best practices for working with composite materials.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  11. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  12. Communicate with management and other departments to provide updates on production progress and address any concerns.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with hazardous materials.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of production processes and materials used.
  15. Participate in project meetings and provide expertise and recommendations for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Composite Materials And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Composites Manufacturing, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Composite Materials And Their Properties, As Well As Experience With Various Manufacturing Techniques Such As Autoclave Curing, Hand Layup, And Resin Infusion.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Composites Manufacturing, Such As Faa Regulations And As9100 Certification.

  • Experience With Project Management, Including The Ability To Plan And Coordinate Complex Manufacturing Processes, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Quality Control Throughout The Production Process.
