  1. Utilize expertise in composite materials to fabricate high-quality components for aircraft.
  2. Follow precise manufacturing processes and quality standards to ensure the integrity and safety of the aircraft.
  3. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to understand specifications and requirements for composite components.
  4. Operate and maintain specialized equipment and machinery used in composite fabrication.
  5. Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the fabrication process.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all fabrication processes and materials used.
  8. Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize the fabrication process.
  9. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  10. Communicate regularly with team members and supervisors to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Stay up-to-date with advancements in composite materials and fabrication techniques.
  12. Train and mentor new or junior composite fabricators as needed.
  13. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Composite Materials: A Successful Composite Fabricator At Boeing Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Composite Materials, Including Their Properties, Manufacturing Processes, And Handling Techniques.

  • Experience In Composite Fabrication: Boeing Requires Candidates To Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Composite Fabrication, Preferably In An Aerospace Or Manufacturing Environment.

  • Familiarity With Tools And Equipment: Composite Fabricators At Boeing Must Be Proficient In Using Tools And Equipment Such As Molds, Cutters, And Curing Ovens. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Safety Protocols When Working With These Tools.

  • Attention To Detail: As Composite Fabrication Requires Precision And Accuracy, Candidates For This Role Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail. They Should Be Able To Follow Instructions And Drawings Closely To Ensure High-Quality Output.
