
Compliance Specialist
Prepare position papers in response to external state and federal charges of discrimination by collecting information in the form of records, statistics and other documentation, as well as by interviewing parties to a complaint and relevant witnesses. Analyze case facts. Interface with Legal Department. Participate on Compliance Assessment Teams (CAT), as necessary. Participate on region-wide or enterprise-wide teams, as necessary. Perform other duties as may be assigned or required. Interact effectively with the Law Department, managers, HR professionals, and customers providing consultation, and interpret, analyze and advise on the application of EEO policies and procedures (POL-2, PRO-4332). Gather customer feedback to ensure effective delivery of services. Conduct highly sensitive Reportant follow-ups per BPI-3751.
5+ years of experience conducting EEO investigations and determining a resolution
1+ years of responding to agency charges of discrimination (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
