Business Operations Analyst
This role is responsible for supporting a multitude of programs for our Government customers in a classified environment. Support development, integration and analysis of resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for various Integrated Product Team (IPTs)/Control Account Manager (CAMs). Support performance reporting and integration of variance analysis to IPT leads. Support team to review and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and communicates cost and/or schedule trends, and assesses range of opportunities and risk.
3+ years experience in Finance or Accounting
3+ years of Earn Value Management (EVM) experience
3+ years of budgeting experience
Variance Analysis
Forecasting skills

Budgeting and cost reporting
MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VBA, lookups)
