  1. Provide hands-on training and guidance to program participants in the field of aircraft structures mechanics.
  2. Teach participants about the latest aircraft technology and Boeing's safety standards.

  4. Ensure that participants understand and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Required For This Position, With A Preference For Candidates Who Have Completed Coursework In Math, Physics, And Technical Subjects.

  • Technical Training Or Experience: Candidates Should Have Completed A Technical Training Program In Aircraft Structures Or Have Relevant Experience In The Field. This Could Include Coursework In Aviation Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Similar Field.

  • Knowledge Of Aircraft Structures: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Aircraft Structures And Systems, Including Materials, Manufacturing Processes, And Repair Techniques. This Knowledge Is Essential For Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Boeing Aircraft.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings: A Critical Aspect Of This Role Is The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Blueprints. Candidates Should Have Experience With Reading, Understanding, And Applying Technical Specifications And Instructions.

  • Physical Fitness And Manual Dexterity: This Position Requires A High Level Of Physical Fitness And Manual Dexterity, As Aircraft Structures Mechanics May Be Required To Work In Confined Spaces And Perform Tasks That Require Precision And Attention To Detail. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift And Maneuver Heavy Objects And Have Excellent Hand-Eye Coordination.
