- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the IS&S division of Boeing.
- Provide technical support and expertise for F/A-18 aircraft systems.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support for team members.
- Monitor and track team progress and report to upper management.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In F/A-18 Integrated Support And Performance Management (Ispm) And Customer Support Engineering.
In-Depth Knowledge Of F/A-18 Aircraft Systems And Components, Including Avionics, Weapons, And Subsystems.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.
Proven Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues And Develop Effective Solutions To Meet Program Goals And Customer Requirements.
