  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation and robotics solutions.
  4. Conduct research and testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing automation and robotics processes.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to automation and robotics systems.
  6. Develop and implement standards and protocols for automation and robotics systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for automation and robotics processes, including design specifications, test plans, and operating procedures.
  8. Train and educate team members on the use and maintenance of automation and robotics systems.
  9. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for further automation and optimization.
  10. Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in the design and implementation of automation and robotics systems.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement in the use of automation and robotics in aerospace technology.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source and integrate new automation and robotics technologies.
  13. Support and lead project teams in the development and implementation of automation and robotics systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering: A Solid Educational Background In Engineering Is Essential For An Automation And Robotics Engineer At Boeing.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software: Boeing Heavily Relies On Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software For Creating And Testing Automated Systems. Therefore, Proficiency In Cad Software Is A Crucial Requirement For This Role.
