  1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned projects.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
  4. Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to project team and management.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  6. Support project team in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project completion.
  8. Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project deliverables.
  9. Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely completion of action items.
  10. Assist in the preparation and execution of project presentations and reviews.
  11. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in aerospace and defense technology.
  13. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  14. Manage project resources and track project expenses.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles, Methodologies, And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Boeing's Project Management Processes And Procedures, Or Willingness To Learn And Adapt Quickly.
