  1. Conduct thorough inspections and tests of aerospace products to ensure they meet all necessary quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects discovered during inspections.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspection and testing procedures and results.
  4. Monitor and track product quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  6. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to optimize production processes.
  7. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure all materials and parts meet quality requirements.
  8. Train and mentor new members of the quality control team on inspection and testing processes.
  9. Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  10. Work closely with customers and clients to address any concerns or issues related to product quality.
  11. Conduct root cause analysis on any product failures or defects to determine the underlying cause and implement preventive measures.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As As9100 And Faa Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Product Acceptance Or Quality Assurance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications.
