  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement strategies and plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  4. Monitor and track supplier performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
  7. Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support in selecting the right suppliers.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  9. Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and suitability.
  10. Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities to management.
  12. Train and mentor junior procurement team members, supporting their growth and development within the company.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for any procurement-related inquiries or issues from internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards.
  15. Adhere to ethical and sustainable procurement practices and promote responsible sourcing within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Negotiations, And Contract Management.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Procurement Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Create Reports.
